Amazon.com is celebrating its 20th anniversary tomorrow. It has dubbed July 15 2015, ‘Prime Day’. You have probably heard of Amazon Prime. It works like this. For $99 per year, Prime subscribers are entitled to free two-day shipping within the US. Amazon started Prime in 2005 and has been adding in other benefits since then, like early access to lightning deals.

Prime Day is the latest in the series of benefits Amazon gives to Prime customers. Amazon has stated that Prime Day will be loaded with deals exclusive to Prime customers which will be bigger and better than Black Friday. And if you just want access to the deals without having to throw down $99, you can simply sign up for a free 30 day trial of the Prime service. Just don’t forget to cancel the service by the end of the month or you will be billed for the full amount.

So what kind of deals will we see on Prime Day? Amazon has released a few tidbits and we have to say, they sound pretty enticing.

As for TVS, it has a 32 inch LED TV going for $75, a 40 inch 1080p LED TV for $115, a brand-name 32 inch Smart HDTV for less than $200 and a 50 inch 4K TV bundle for less than $1000.

Other door crashing gadgets include a Chromebook laptop for less than $200, a Roomba robotic vacuum cleaner for under $300, 50% off pairs of Nikon COOLPIX cameras, and pairs of security camera kits for $280.

If you’re not into tech, don’t feel left out, Amazon is also offering discounts of 30% off select clothing and accessories, 50% off automotive products, and 70% off kitchen products.

Toys and entertainment are also getting the Prime Day treatment with DVDs up to 75% off, and discounts on products from K’NEX, and Playskool.

These are just a taste of the savings you can expect to find exclusive to Prime customers on Prime Day.

There is even more good news for online shoppers. Not to be outdone, Walmart will be offering heavy discounts tomorrow in response to Prime Day. They claim to be offering more than 2000 discounts which are exclusive to their online store.

Walmart’s ‘Rollbacks’, as they call them, are expected to include an Apple Ipad Mini 2 at $265 (down from $438), a Toshiba Laptop for $377 (down from $630), and a Black and Decker Drill at $50 (down from $80).
