  • Sign-up is quick and easy at ReShip.com. When creating your account, you will be charged $5.00 USD, after which your credit card will be refunded anywhere between $0.01 to $0.99. When this amount is reflected on your credit card or banking statement, you will simply input the exact amount of the refund on our verification page and your account will instantly become active.
  • What are the benefits of monthly membership?
  • As a monthly member, you will be charged a flat monthly fee of $30.00 USD for unlimited use of ReShip.com's forwarding service. Without a membership, you will be charged $5.00 USD per package.
  • What will my address look like? Is it a mailbox or P.O. box?
  • You will have a physical address in the city of PORTLAND, OREGON, which will look similar to this:

  • The sign-up process takes only minutes. Depending on the speed of your credit card company or financial institution, the card verification process may take several days to complete.

  • How do I manage my orders with ReShip.com?
  • After the quick and easy sign-up process, you will be able to log into your personal Account Manager where you can input your incoming orders to ReShip, review your orders currently at our facility, track your orders shipped from ReShip, manage your addresses and payment methods, and much more.
  • How does the ReShip.com Account Manager work?
  • Your ReShip.com Account Manager is a place where you can review your entire account in one easy-to-use location. When you place an order with a US merchant, you simply log-in and input the data into the Account Manager. From there, we will tell you when your merchandise has been received and when it has been forwarded to you. You can also update your shipping information, shipping preferences and payment options, as well as view your shipping history and open a support ticket with our customer service representatives.
